Today was all about handstands. Finally, after several months, these are getting better controlled and feel stronger.

A quick tip that has helped? –> Take off your shoes! It has helped make my body straighter and balanced. Also, squeezing the knees. For some reason, I had a hard time with this when I first got back into handstands and it took some practice to make it instinctual again.

And this is step #1 of my press up practice. I might be far away, but man are they fun!
